RAE Trader may store account email addresses, password hashes, user roles, login timestamps, one-time verification metadata, dashboard preferences, broker profile metadata, trade logs, execution logs, and support or email-delivery records.

2. Passwords and Broker Credentials

Passwords are stored as hashes. Broker credential fields are stored as non-reversible hashes in this local version and are used only to confirm that connection details were provided. Live broker execution is not enabled by this broker profile screen.

3. How We Use Data

We use data to provide account access, role-based permissions, dashboard views, notifications, performance analytics, password reset emails, deletion codes, and platform support.

4. Email Communications

RAE Trader may send transactional emails such as password reset, deletion confirmation, access code, and test emails. Support or unsubscribe requests can be sent to support@raetrader.com.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell user data. Data may be processed by infrastructure, email, hosting, broker, payment, or security providers when those services are connected to the platform.

6. Retention and Deletion

Basic users may request account deletion from the dashboard. Certain logs or records may remain where needed for security, support, compliance, backups, or fraud prevention.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting support. Some requests may require identity verification.
